I guess the hot rolls always make up for that. I ate all of my 12 oz ribeye steak, but I’m sure it was at least 4 oz of fat on it. At first the sweet tea, that was freshly made, wasn’t sweet. Our servers were very nice and attentive. When we were finally seated, we actually were at back to back booths. The checkin process was easy, however I still hate sitting in the zones with a bunch of other people. About 35 minutes later we both received a text to come inside. Well trying to decide where else to go, we decided to use my sister’s and my app to do two parties of 6 since the app said 30 minutes. We were told it would still be a 3 hour wait and we probably couldn’t sit near each other. We asked what would the wait be if we split up. Since you can only do up to 6 people on the app, We called to find out the wait and was told it would be 3 hours. We checked the wait time on the app and it was 30 minutes. The problem is we almost didn’t eat here. Yes, I know we should have tried a new restaurant that we never had before since we were in a different area, but we trust the Texas Roadhouse food. We love our Texas Roadhouse at home, so while traveling back from the Grand Canyon West, we decided to try this one in Vegas. Vegas has a lot of steak houses, but we wanted a good steak that we knew would be good. I really enjoyed my experience there, the staff and the food. It’s kinda cool because they are all very lively and everyone is always smiling. Oh, let’s not forget those bread rolls and cinnamon butter!!!! The staff come out every hour and line dance. Texas Roadhouse is a legendary steak restaurant serving American cuisine from the best steaks and ribs to made-from-scratch sides & fresh-baked rolls. The amount of food we had and the quality, we honestly thought the check would be more. For the four of us, with three fountain drinks the bill was 88 dollars. I had a bite of her strip steak and it was the most tender strip I had ever had. I had the 6oz Sirloin with Grilled Shrimp my mom had the Country Fried Sirloin Steak my son had the Country Fried Chicken and my daughter had the 12 oz NY strip. In fact as you enter you can see the steaks presented like the old grocery stores or butcher shops. They have really great quality cuts of meat. He had an amazing personality and made our dinner experience personable. Our food was paced perfectly and our drinks were filled when we needed it. Omgosh! First off, the staff was all warm, friendly and fun. Let me tell you if you knew the woman she’s very hard to please but you guys did it. She loved everything about the place and had never been in one before or and she also said she’s done going to Outback Steakhouse. They’re side salads that you can get with your dinner are a good size side salad. Let me tell you this little old lady not only ate her whole steak, She ate her baked potato loaded and her salad. I can tell you that from my 47 years of life I’ve watched her do the same routine when it comes to a steak, Which is to automatically cut it in half when it gets to the table push half off to the side to go home And eat the other half. Put more goodness on your plate and keep more money in your wallet with the delights here from the early dine menu. Including last week when we took my now 86 yr old Grandmother there for her Birthday for the first time. Menu items will only cost you between 9.49 and 9.99 in most locations (a small handful are 10.99 and 11.99 in Alaska and California). This is getting one of the easiest places that I can rave about over and over again. Now come on take a look at my loaded baked potato if that’s not a winner by itself nothing will be. This happened to be yesterday’s meal, but I’ve never had a bad prime rib there. I think we have into this location since it opened 5 or 6 times already. This isn’t my 1st review on Texas Roadhouse and I’m sure it won’t be my last raving review about them.
